Poor management

People have to work for 6 days a week and without extra pay. Over-time working is regular and still no extra pay. HR department is only busy with hiring new people rather than do the property HRM.

Stressful but good experience

It is not easy to survive in the UK as a Chinese food delivery platform as there are local rivals platform and Chinese rivals as well. Therefore, there's no doubt that working here is stressful and requires loads of effort. But this kind of job makes you feel alive in the meantime. Challenges are already there when you step your feet in it.

Terrible management

Very stressful. The app is a disaster, always late with the orders. Very long distance deliveries. Decent money though if you have experience and steel nerves.
