It depends on the day
Housekeeper (Current Employee) - Reading, Berkshire - 5 February 2022
The job is easy but quite heavy job (if you have a good physique). It pays well. There are a lot of rooms to do in peak seasons but at the beginning of the year, there is no job to do.

Housekeeping Assistant (Former Employee) - Dundee - 23 February 2020
Housekeeping is housekeeping. Hotel in general is fab to work for. Staff are lovely, its just a busy environment. Days aren’t too long, good length of breaks are given though. Only bad thing about the job is how hot the hotels can be during the summer when working.

Housekeeper (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 23 April 2018
Too much work in so little time .Even if you do your job good, your supervisor will definitely find out some mistakes and will turn you around to fix them every time,no matter how insignificant they are.
You may find yourself in the situation that you don't have a cart,or cleaning products if you are late.
The good part was the cafeteria. The food was very good and also free.
Pros
Free lunch
Cons
Poor supervising

Room Service/Housekeeper (Former Employee) - London, U.K - 10 October 2012
Working With Continental Hotel was one of the best experience i have had working with any company.Unfotunately due to leaving for another country i gave up that job. However, because of my experiences working with Continental Hotel in the UK, i would welcome working for them here in the USA. Continental to me represent honesty and integrity.
