Management was both effective and supportive. I had a good relationship with my managers.
As you would expect, the workplace culture was very professional and collaborative. I also made some friends in my colleagues that I see outside of work.
The hardest part of the job is the changing shift patterns and my home/social life. I also need to earn more money.
The most enjoyable part of my job is communicating with people from all different walks of life I also enjoy the opportunity to sell upgrades and IHG memberships. Both of these things really plays to my strengths.
Pros
Customer service and sales opportunities.
Cons
Unsociable hours and low salary.
