Vehicle Inspector (Former Employee) - Coventry - 24 December 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedLong hours for no money. Sometimes only one Job a day. I went to Newbury for 8am one day and jumped into the company minibus and got out in Penzance (Cornwall). Arrived to my vehicle around 4pm. Then had a 4hr drive home. And made no money for that day. Certain drivers get looked after and earn good money and the rest don’t. I was doing Monday to Friday and taking home less than £300 a week. Leaving home at silly o clock and getting home after 6 most nights. Good points 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Pros
Sometimes a nice car
Cons
Long hrs for a low pay.

Delivering car vans
Fleet driver (Former Employee) - Sheffield - 19 January 2023
Hi overall the job is good if have retired good way of making your money up as a full time job if your face fits you will do OK . The management are OK never had any problems but as I say not a full time job if you think your going to make a fortune 350 to 450 the you've got to pay tax and ni so you won't have much left after transport cost becouse they don't pay for all of it. hope my honest account of working at this job hope this helps.
Pros
Get to see the agency
Cons
Transport cost

Decent job, poor pay for sector
Vehicle inspector/car delivery driver (Former Employee) - Bromsgrove - 12 November 2021
Easy work, poor pay, poor work life balance. Mostly 12hr days, poor holiday pay, expected to use own holidays to Cover Christmas despite company shutting down for 2 weeks. 0 flexibility with contracts and bonus. Good company to work for until you leave.
Pros
Easy work
Cons
Long hours, poor pay

Stressfull but rewarding job I loved my time there. Earning potential was great if you can do long hours and then early start next day. They put me in hotels to maximise my earnings

Overall experience
Trade Plate Driver (Former Employee) - U.k - 24 April 2020
Working for this company is excellent providing you have a good allocator. Jobs are good and the pay is excellent. Minibus support is there when you need it.

Great company if you dont have family
Trade Plate Driver (Former Employee) - Raydon, Suffolk - 29 February 2020
If you love driving and driving some really nice motors as well as dont mind driving a few beat up ones then its the job for you, so long as you can deal with 90 hours a week for not much in return

Blatantly false advertising regardless general wage 💯
Trade Plate Driver (Former Employee) - Leicester, Leicestershire - 20 January 2020
My view has always been that even the greatest company’s will have some bad reviews and to find out for myself ....however this company is completely false advertising regarding wages....if you want to do a 50 to 60 + hour week at around £4.00 an hour then join this company...I honestly can’t believe that Indeed still allows them to advertise work on their site.....

Absolutely disgraceful
Trade plate driver (Current Employee) - Uk - 31 December 2019
The company make so many promises when you go for your training.
The company is a joke all of the allocators need to learn how to read a map, there is no logic to any of their planning.
I honestly believe they could not route their way out of a paper bag with instructions.

Managment 😂 what managment
Floater (Former Employee) - Raydon - 30 December 2019
It fleet is definitely a mad place to work with tight knit groups and constant messing around. Rattle tin warriors in "smart repair" panel beaters that leave jobs like the ocean and polishes that couldn't polish your shoe. Other than that good craic and the odd scrap. Place is also either baltic or piping hot and toilets are un usable most of the time.

Driver/walker (Former Employee) - Anywhere - 28 November 2019
If you want to loose everything you work hard for before this place the be my guess.
More times than 3weeks out of 4 you will earn if your luck 120 for a weeks work no expenses paid just a rubbish company and no one cares

No support from point A to B as promised.
Vehicle Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Burmingham - 15 November 2019
Too many empty promises. You have to get yourself to next pick up points and not all transport (Public) is paid back. Planning of sequence of jobs has no logic on some days.

Long days Ave: 5:30am till often after 9pm when home. Often times without support to get between jobs. Don’t always honour the travelling expenses between routes .
