Fun, Challenging, High responsibility
A typical day would involve delivering personal care, taking individuals out on trips, to appointments or taking part in activities. Keeping accurate records of finances, daily events and so on. Co workers were helpful, sometimes loved a gossip which was a downfall. Big responsibility came with the job, reliability is key. A very rewarding and enjoyable role.

Terrible, keep looking!
I left IAS in January 2022. It was the worst job I have ever had. The pressure and they put on you is awful. The training lasts for months - often feeling like a naughty school child. Its incredibly difficult to pass probation. To do this you have to complete 4 reports a day with not one miniscule error. Your work is picked to pieces leaving you feeling low.I would say its 50/50 if you pass the ...

Love my job
