I'm proud too work for iceland, there doing amzing things too help the environment, giving out seeds, donating too charity's, stopped using palm oil, cutting out plastic as we speak, the company looks after its employees, gives us vouchers, doubled them this Christmas, one of the best companys I've worked for and would highly reccomend

Answered 26 August 2020Mostly everyone gets a 7 and a half hour contract. Shifts are usually 4 hours long for front line workers. No overtime rate or even paid if you stay on after your shift
