What is the interview process like at ICTS?

They interviewed me in ten minutes and rang me the following day to tell me I had the job they just just seemed bothered about me turning up for work
Ok, although I don't like their vetting system as they vet you whilst you work. Their vetting process is slow, and their vetting department can't do their job which results in your vetting being done at the last minute. I had to take a day off work to run around and chase references that they claimed to have contacted but didn't they gave me 24 hours to sort it or I'd of lost my job.
They literally throw an application pack at you, tell you to sit in a corner and fill it like a good little boy/girl. Then they say they will get back to you. No thank you for coming etc. No info given on the job until you go for an interview. Absolute shambles to say the least...
Very long winded with loads and loads of forms to fill out, I was there 2.5 hours
They leave you in a room to full paperwork out and then once that's done they just tell you they will be in touch and then you leave.
