What is the organisational culture at ICTS?

Expect supervisors to stitch you up and give their friends/girlfriends/wives the easiest work dont bother going to management unless you want your contract not renewed.

At Manchester airport its get given a shift but expect to be asked to more hours because they always seem short handed. Office staff are ok but the manager is a bully

Manager at Manchester airport is more bothered by staff uniforms than trying to keep staff, staff regularly complain of bullying

At Manchester its mostly pretty good at the supervisor level and office staff help if they can but forget deputy manager and above they are more concerned with covering themselves and will happily throw you under the bus

Supervisors promoted solely because their face fits...they are in charge of things that they have no experience of, ie checkpoints. They speak to agents like dirt and go out of their way to make agents unhappy and cause unrest. There is an extremely bad culture in this company from the top down and a culture of fear amongst employees to do anything about it. I'm based in Belfast but from what I know it's the same throughout all of the stations.

From Warrington to Manchester Itcs lets there staff be treated like dirt ,

Disorganized

Work till you drop of exhaustion

Rubbish and demoralising
