Challenging but very rewarding job.

Each day for me is different, reprioritising sometimes every few minutes. The challenges are real as I'm dealing with people. The job is hard but so rewarding. It's like working in a five star hotel where the Residents live how they want. Everyone is friendly. Care is hard, but it takes a special kind of person to do what we do. 12 hour days working to a 3 on 3 off rota. I love being part of the Lime Trees family and really glad the Home Manager gave me a chance to shine. I would encourage anyone to apply. To see the Residents happy and enjoying life is the best part of my job.

3 on 3 off, good rate of pay, paid breaks.

so badly managed

management unapproachable,uncaring,always pressure to work all different shifts,not what it says in advert,residents stuck inside ,inadequate staffing,no trips out for people who are not able to go on their own,or have family to take them out. All fancy on the outside,not a genuine organisation

Very poor disconnected management.Not enough staff for residents needs.Only 2 on, at times on your own,break is only 15 min for 7 1/2 hr shift.Communication and personal interaction with staff and residents is poor from management at the home in SY2.Work life balance NOT as advertised,always being asked to work all different shifts.
