Its a good place to be
IDEM Living really does make a difference to the lives of young people in their care. Each child is really valued and cared for and supported to reach their full potential. Supportive, Caring Place for All
Since joining IDEM in March I have already accomplished so much more than I hoped I would by this stage. Great place to work
I have only been with IDEM for around 4 months as a deputy manager in a children's residential home, however, in this space of time I have seen what an inclusive place this is to work. By far the best company to work for
This has got to be the best company to work for in the industry by far. The staff are brilliant and are really supportive of each other, the management always have time for you and are invested in the staff as individuals to achieve their own goals as well as the goals of the team.
