Target based, not too unreasonable. Sometimes its hard luck if you get no answers. Need a decent computer/ laptop. Way easier to do with more than one monitor. Need ethernet and USB headset.Decent desk set up highly recommended

I have only completed one shift, but even that first shift was enough for me. It’s boring, nobody wants to answer the survey questions as they think it is a scam call/cold call. I don’t blame them because its 20 minutes long. It’s very monotonous. The team leaders aren’t great at their jobs, they didn’t even know it was my first shift! Target pressure too. Idle rate is supposed to be below 10%, even after taking to rude customers. Had to buy a headset and Ethernet adapter for the job too (not provided). I don’t think they care about their staff at all. They listen in to your phone calls too, which I find to be disturbing as they can hear you the whole time you are oh the system: Little to no guidance and the training day was quite bad, made to call clients on the day of the training….The only benefits of the job are the flexible hours and the pay increase if you pass the training period.I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to be a monotonous cold-caller!

Awful, terrible company
Avoid applying to this company at all costs, there is no job security and they set the most unrealistic targets so you’re bound to fail. The work itself was boring and monotonous. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy, they were appalling. Claim to assist with training, absolutely not, no training offered, just expected to succeed immediately or sacked. Unbelievably unhelpful, do not apply.

Don’t even bother
The Job role is enticing but the worst job I’ve ever worked they demand so much but give little to no help on how to achieve set targets, they change briefs everyday and you have team leaders telling u different things as well as technical difficulties everyday.

Avoid at all costs
Seems genuine however is a very harsh & cold company to work for. Promises a lot, delivers nothing. Had to invest in own equipment (alarm bells?) Thought I was old enough to know better!! Genuinely associated with THE national institution - so disappointed. Very intense and have a 'beep' 'beep' in your ear if you are doing anything else but making calls - would be OK if that was all the job entails however have to make notes so I feel this is A FORM A TORTURE
