Bad work place
Not a good company to work for, do not look after staff well and management do not care about work force, about 20 years behind working standards, and not enough tools in bays for jobs Buyer in Cynwyd

Awful Culture
Probably the worst company I have ever worked for. Zero support from managers. Continually blamed for issues outside of my control. Stock levels always wrong on the inventory system then having to chase to get parts in so that production is not impacted. Then blamed for having too much stock! Never any root cause analysis done so the same issues crop up continually. The people you with are friendly and helpful. But immediate management are only interested in finding someone to blame. Directors never interested in the workforce and just dictate from their ivory tower. I was promised a pay rise after three months, but I never received one. Left after two years. Welder
Only take Job if you are very despite for money. Your mental and physical health will suffer if you take the job. Management tried to force staff to work in -3 deg c ( welding of steel may not place at 0 deg c or below) shows that they don't care about there customers or staff . No ventilation in workshop. Recent HSE visit where stopped from inspectecting weld area by management. What would you say about your employer?
