Stop treating your staff so appalling, would be a good start. They can't all be wrong....
1. Stop the bulling/ victimising / lack of trust culture which is bad to morale.
2. show appreciation for employees through better wages and salaries.
3. Introduce flexible working hours or flexitime for Staff like a lot of other companys do.
They don't have any management to make the suggesting too.....they have all left,
Pay more or move the sites in Corwen from the middle of nowhere closer to the populated areas.
Offer employees a confidential survey from time to time on how things are and allow them to rate the way things are, eg, wage, welfare, workload, overtime etc.
