  • Unrealistic expectations, workload and pay. Critical staff/appointments missing. No retention of key personnel is morale sapping.
    Lack of investment in the single contributing factor to ALL of its problems...the staff and operators who do the work.

  • Because this is truly a bad place to work - management is stuck in the times of past glory, irrational and frankly most decisions seem not to be well thought out. Terrible treatment of employees. Location is secluded and might be hard to reach while snow but company wouldn't tolerate lateness even in adverse weather. Stay away if you can, they won't last long unless they change their ways

  • Too far to travel to from Wrexham for the minimum wage. Have you seen how expensive it is to run a car and to drive 46 miles a day!
