Training structure as its based in a fake environment role playing with a lot of information to take in, i think part of training should be just shadowing a sales executive for a day or two
Treat your staff better, don’t be condescending to them and you may gain a work force that enjoys their work, happy sales people sell also don’t be a moron and make the hours stupidly long people have lives outside of imperial cars I know you don’t believe it but it’s true
