Great place to develop important skills
Research Associate (Current Employee) - Hammersmith, Greater London - 17 May 2023
Great place to develop important work skills needed for that career progression. Not a lot of staff so a lot of work pressure for available staff. Alright

Unfriendly, downtrodden colleagues. Overbearing managers.
Staff Nurse (Former Employee) - London - 30 April 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Absolutely nothing. Though other departments may be better workplaces. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The bullying management style. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Poor. Bullying was accepted and practised widely across the department. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Poor physical environment, verging on hazardous at times. Dilapidated equipment, dated working methods.

Good NHS Trust
Staff Nurse (Former Employee) - London - 20 February 2023
Very welcoming and supportive management team, offering great opportunities to grow and develop on all professional levels, despite the overwhelming pressure that the NHS is facing nowadays. Having a proper induction and training development created a solid base of professionalism for the rest of career as a professional nurse, providing the expected standards of care in any settings around the country.
Pros
Full implementation of the correct NHS standards
Cons
Long hours, not enough quality food supplies on site with substantial discounted rates for staff, while on duty

The company do care about their staff but a tough working environment
Staff Nurse (Current Employee) - London West, Greater London - 7 March 2022
one type of culture are majority of workers-clicky. Typical day report on patients take workload plan and deliver care. Interact for medication rounds to work out break relief. You need to be self sufficient and of strong character. Multiple demands. most enjoyable part of job caring for patients. hardest part of job demand exceeds supply.
Pros
Regular work.
Cons
long hours

Disgraceful!
Patient Manager (Former Employee) - London - 11 October 2021
I worked for this organisation for 17 good years, in which I made steady career progression, I enjoyed being part of team in which I worked, there was always a feeling of camaraderie and we all worked hard to achieve the department's goals, often going above and beyond our remit. Things changed....when a new management structure was implemented, no one mattered anymore, it became a cold uncaring environment; The correct HR policies were not adhered too, how they got away with it, I don,t know! - a horrible episode then ensued, which I can only describe as mental torture. After a long period of sickness leave, ( the first in 17 years), I left the organisation.
Pros
Good friends
Cons
Indifference to peoples Health!!!

Demanding without being rewarding and recognising
Registered Nurse (Former Employee) - London - 2 October 2021
No encouragement to grow Looks like they want you to work and keep patients happy and not caring about your happiness. Not acting seriously on medication errors or patient abuse incidents. Demanding organisation (NHS ) without any recognisition or reward.
Pros
Multiple choices in terms of specialities and good options for working exposure
Cons
Favoritism, indifference for development although this is an NHS problem
