Loved it but just couldn’t progress
Manager (Former Employee) - St. Mary's - 7 October 2020
I really enjoyed my time at St Marys and worked with a great team. Plenty of challenges and positive outcomes. I think we made a lot of changes. However I just couldn’t progress my career despite all the promises and this is the only reason I left to a company that could fulfil that promise
Pros
NHS benefits
Cons
NHS pay

Public Sector
Pharmacy Procurement Officer (Former Employee) - Hammersmith, Greater London - 19 March 2020
Everyone who works there is great crack. It's is the fact it is the public sector that is the drawbacks. Zero benefits and not great pay. What is really needed is the investment to bring them forward to the 21 century.

Good colleagues but stressfull enviroment
Critical Care Nurse (Current Employee) - London - 21 January 2020
I have been working so many shifts, they asked to you if you can go to work because we are sort of staff all the time. Bad management. All senior nurses are leaving and new startes are coming and you can feel the pressure on you and you feel unsafe.
Poor salary in comparation with the work that we do.

Amazing establishment to be part of.
Nurse Manager (Current Employee) - Hammersmith and Fulham - 24 March 2019
Has excellent Upmarket ratings in many junctions including education, development and national rating. This establishment is well known globally for its academic and research initiatives. Penicillin was discovered in its confines.. The Trust is also very good at acknowledging individual progress and achievement
Pros
London based
Cons
Salary and pay

Enjoyable place to work
E-Rostering Support Administrator (Former Employee) - Charing Cross, Greater London - 19 September 2017
I found it a good place to work. Good work is recognised and rewarded. Overtime while not encouraged is paid when it is necessary to work additional hours.

Unappreciative
Security Receptionist (Current Employee) - London, Greater London - 27 April 2017
Typical day would be being verbally abused by patients and visitors.
Hardest part is to be nice and not say anything back.
The best part of this job is to help people who needs and want to be helped.
Pros
NHS benefits and discounts
Cons
Management doesn't appreciate their staff, ignore suggestions related to workplace, things to get done take forever
