Do not even consider working for this company!
cleaner (Former Employee) - England - 11 February 2022
Management attitude towards staff is uncaring at best, deviously ruthless at it's worst. be prepared to be marched off site for no reason and no warning. The personnel department is a comedy act but without the humour. You will have hours and wages stopped or with held at the drop of a hat.

Underpaid over worked
Delivery Driver (Current Employee) - London - 28 January 2020
The warning signs were there from early about how easy the whole recruitment process was, further warning signs came in my first week (and havent stopped) regarding how unorganised they are, you get to the depot at 5.30, and are lucky if you get to leave by 7.30 due to poor processes/procedures. And this is just the starter poor/faulty/unfit for purpose equipment supplied to do jobs you are just exoected to get on with. Not worth the hassle to be honest

I have worked for IMS for quite a few years now and have enjoyed the experience very much and the overall culture of the company.

It's given me the opportunity to develop my skills in new areas and work with new marketing and creative tools.

Jobs at IMS
A Company that lacks communication
Business Development Manager (Former Employee) - York - 18 August 2016
A typical day at work involves a round of follow-up calls, making appointments, visiting clients to discuss their needs and canvassing local businesses to make them aware of our services.
Often this will include terminal installations, other times, telephone support.
It's a tough industry with a high attrition rate - you have be single minded and thick skinned to succeed, although it is varied and it's interesting to meet new people.
Management can be remote and difficult to contact, that said, there are good people there who make the difference.
The hardest parts of my job are creating leads in the first place and then ensuring the application processing is completed in timely fashion.
The most enjoyable part of my job is the freedom it allows in terms of not being office based, but then the price you pay for that is a lack of income and job security.
Pros
Some leads are generaed for you
Cons
Very long hours
