A real culture of favouritism
The "Contracts Manager" who is in charge of the day to day running of both Security and Housekeeping is punching away above his weight especially with Security. He is not even SIA registered his CV is ambiguous at best, and his treatment of some staff is totally unacceptable and it's a culture of "if your face fits". He seems to think that he is superior in intellect to all his staff but to read some of his "stuff" is akin to junior school, grammatically speaking. He has not got any respect from any of his staff except for the ones that are in his special group but unbeknown to him they are playing him big time. How this guy ever got the job is hideous, the people who interviewed him, the client who must have had some input to his appointment must now realise that they made a grave and monumental error. He will not doubt bring the company to its knees, if they think they will get the new contract in April/May they are totally deluded. VSG were bad, this lot aren't far behind them.

Inclusive and people focused workplace
I joined Incentive FM mostly due to the culture and focus on people and work-life balance. I have not been disappointed. The focus on delivering a quality service rather than profit is refreshing and I believe I will stay here for years to come.

Good Company
Brilliant to work for most of the time, they encourage you to learn and want to progress to a higher level, unfortunately once you reach a level training stops as you have to wait for a vacant spot

The best company I have worked for. It was my own choice to leave for another job. But looking back I should have stayed. The company is like no other I’ve worked for.
