Demoralising, hard work none stop

Had too do loads of work and machinery and equipment was useless was only their a few months and it wasn't what I expected. The atmosphere wasn't great and they seem to constantly be hiring because people leave soon.Always getti g calls out of shift times and days ofPay was OK and a nice retail centre but manager has favourites but didn't train properly.

Poorly run

Badly run with no ideas and people skills,you'll end up doing jobs you shouldn't, and made to feel inferior by area management and softcore coordinator who haven't a clue what they're doing. Worked at Shrewsbury shopping centre for 6 year's..in that time constantly spoke to like dirt.

Inclusive and people focused workplace

I joined Incentive FM mostly due to the culture and focus on people and work-life balance. I have not been disappointed. The focus on delivering a quality service rather than profit is refreshing and I believe I will stay here for years to come.

Good Company

Brilliant to work for most of the time, they encourage you to learn and want to progress to a higher level, unfortunately once you reach a level training stops as you have to wait for a vacant spot
