Its a Normal Facilities Management Company
I have had mostly positive experience working here I don't have many gripes. The negatives are mainly the wages and hours. Shorter shifts and more pay for what you actually do would make it a better place. My experience of management is positive here they are generally laid back and encourage and reward good work it is more the clients we work for that are the issue (sometimes). Night Shifts are generally easy durong the week while days can be extremely stressful. I do not believe there is enough staff to cover the issues that can occur and believe it is more a monetary issue than a deliberate cut to the workforce.Overall if you are happy with £9 and hour and 12 hour shifts, the job is enjoyable enough as long as you have the colleagues to help you through.

Fun, supportive and appreciative
After working for many FM companies and them all being pretty awful as each other starting with IFM was a breath of fresh air. You're not just a number as with many other companies including the big name ones. You really feel a part of the team with down to earth management and a relaxed environment. I was given the freedom to excel and that is exactly what i did. The support is there too from all the departments in HO, its like one big family

Worse jobs out there.
I worked for Incentive FM for 4 and a half years before being made redundant, great team on the whole, however main issues are lack of communication between different teams and management also, no chance of progression unless your face fitted. Work wasn't challenging in and of itself however due to lack of communication and proper processes in place to manage the contract it was frustrating, management also didn't take mental health of colleagues into account.

Absolute joke . Cowboys
Management are a joke always messing wage up . Letting people use cctv without a valid licence forced to do more than security ie cleaning etc. No team at all. Like been at school some need to grow up management watching staff via cctv not right at all management sleeping with other staff boasting about it no proper training. Park watch allowed in desegnated cctv area.

Terrible company to work for
Waste of time the management are bully's. Not respect treated like subhumans . They don't care about anyone but them selves . Will chuck you under the bus first chance
