Worst company I have ever worked for
I have over 25 years experience in housing this is by far the worst company to work for. I managed 6 months couldn’t take any more. If you value your sanity stay away

Not a good company to work for
They look after their staff worse than they look after their tenantsManagement are useless Too many chiefs not enough Indians and that’s why nothing gets done They have a manager for a manager for a manager and they still don’t know what they are doing All nice to your face but think nothing more of stabbing you in the back once it’s turned
Estate Services Operative in Bradford

Standard place of work
Management is poor they don't respond when you need them too. Work itself is standard no new challenges or achievements each day is the same tedious tasks over and over no progression within company other than senior roles etc. The pay is low for what you have to do considering there's alot at times. Work colleagues are two faced talk about each other alot in a very negative way and its one rule for one and another rule for another. Overall the company is poorly organised and doesn't treat its staff with value or importance.
