Not a good company to work for
Catering staff (Current Employee) - Shipley, West Yorkshire - 26 July 2022
They look after their staff worse than they look after their tenants Management are useless Too many chiefs not enough Indians and that’s why nothing gets done They have a manager for a manager for a manager and they still don’t know what they are doing All nice to your face but think nothing more of stabbing you in the back once it’s turned

Standard place of work
Estate Services Operative (Former Employee) - Bradford - 25 June 2022
Management is poor they don't respond when you need them too. Work itself is standard no new challenges or achievements each day is the same tedious tasks over and over no progression within company other than senior roles etc. The pay is low for what you have to do considering there's alot at times. Work colleagues are two faced talk about each other alot in a very negative way and its one rule for one and another rule for another. Overall the company is poorly organised and doesn't treat its staff with value or importance.

Great place to work and great job security
Joiner/Carpenter (Former Employee) - Bradford - 28 May 2022
Fantastic rates of pay and excellent job security. No weekend or late nights to work, overtime available if requested. And plenty of training and development opportunities with the company.
Pros
Hours and pay
Cons

Gone downhill
Anonymous (Current Employee) - Bradford, West Yorkshire - 15 May 2022
It was a great place to work before new management came in last year. The company has become very money driven, don't care about their tenants and are getting rid of staff left, right and centre. Lots of redundancies and restructures and staff no longer feel valued. No interest in supporting customers which used to be at the heart of what we did at Incommunities. Really sad to see

Horrible
Apprentice Electrician (Current Employee) - Bradford - 7 May 2022
Horrible place Its like a energy sucking demon who makes you as horrible as it is Managers/board think they are above you because they earn more. Think about money over everything else.

Experience with Incommunities was exciting and productive
Supervisor/Team Leader (Former Employee) - Bradford - 13 January 2022
The company has ability to provide a service to customers, though this was not always witnessed. Management restructuring is the key. They don't listen to employees and everything you do is overseen by management. Bad trust within departments, non negotiable. Staff never feel appreciated.
Pros
Not a bad pay grade
Cons
No work life balance, management don't listen, bad customer feedback.

Used to be excellent place but constantly changing management culture as changed
Project Coordinator (Former Employee) - Shipley, West Yorkshire - 25 December 2021
Dealing with customers who mainly only ever contact you to complain, can be stressful and unrewarding , but a few are grateful if you sort their problem, but most just expect it solved instantly, you are often dealing with Challenging clients,
Pros
Good pension
Cons
Got to watch your back

Under valued, under paid, unappreciated
Intensive property clearance operative (Current Employee) - Bradford, West Yorkshire - 7 June 2021
IPCO are treated like dirt, we are underpaid and should be receiving multiskill for all the different jobs we are required to do. We are made to ignore health and safety when it suits. If it wasn't for the job security I'd of left ages ago. Since the restructure things have improved but its still demoralising
Pros
Great colleagues
Cons
Call-out, pay, under appreciated

cannot be yourself
Rather not say (Former Employee) - Shipley, West Yorkshire - 27 August 2019
I felt I had to fall in line with the lowest common denominator ( lazy twit ) on my team rather than be the best worker that I knew I could be.
Sad when you get wrongly accused of the sort of behaviour your Manager has been getting away with for years.
Pros
Lovely Office
Cons
immediate Manager

Incommunities is a very friendly place to work, especially within the contact centre department.

A typical day at work is having fun with those around whilst achieving your goals to take as many calls as needed.
