Indeed Flex was founded by Novo Constare and Jack Beaman, who, through their own experiences in trying to access temporary work at university, saw that things had to change - there had to be a better way.
They felt the temp sector was outdated and inefficient, with employees getting low wages and limited opportunities, and employers not faring much –
