Make sure that their taking care of their employees because if not their most likely going to leave the job if their not happy with it. Keep a open door policy and be willing to listen to our ideas and most importantly pay people what their worth and not just the bare minimum.

Have better support and a functioning app
Just keep doing what we do best, i.e. putting Workers first and nobody will want to leave.
