Good as a side job

Good app for people wanting to be flexible with their work. It will be good to add to your existing job to get an extra pound etc. Depending on the location you might have tons or reduced shifts.

Pros

Flexibility, choose your own shifts, can access shift even if you travel around the UK, good workers, employers are nice

Cons

Sometimes you might not have enough shift in specific locations, cancellations happen sometimes

Syft is an awful agency. I would never recommend it. Bad Awful company to be involved with. Do not bother with this company. It is not reliable. You will be conned up.
