Hiring process depends on the role you'd apply for. I did:1. An initial interview to discuss my experience and what the role involved2. Provide solution to a live business problem - I was given a week to research at the end of which you would present your approach and solution back to senior management

You'd be expected to know about the role you're applying for and the company's value proposition.

Flexible working hours within reason (e.g. 830am-5pm, 9-530pm, 930-6pm) - depending on department, some working from home is allowed.

A brief phone call first, then a 45 minute interview with a recruiter about my background.Final interview with senior management. This had more questions about how I think, how I work, and what my ambitions are. It was very forward looking, with a lot of discussion about the future of the company and how I would help to shape it.
