Hiring process depends on the role you'd apply for. I did:
1. An initial interview to discuss my experience and what the role involved
2. Provide solution to a live business problem - I was given a week to research at the end of which you would present your approach and solution back to senior management
Depends on the department but customer success is usually 30 minute phone, 1 hour panel interview and then a final with C level.
