It totally depends on which project or unit you are working under since it is a very big company . Sometimes there is too much stress created due to old generation managers who creates a whatsapp group of work and expects working you round the clock . positives- Excellent campus and diverse domain and technology opportunities
This is a very good company for those who want to stay in a company for a long in there initial years . They have some good projects and tie with certain good companies but the bad part is salary , there salary is non competitive
Overall, it seems like the company is struggling with the workload and try to make promises to stakeholders they cannot keep. Management need to up the game and have proper processes in place.
nice office i guess plus decent tea

Jobs at Infosys
Infosys gives opportunities, the important thing here is to identify the same and cash in on it. When I started working at Infosys, it was difficult for me to establish a place for myself in the good books of management. But with sheer effort and dedication I could successfully do that and now I am in a position where my opinion has started to matter.
Flexible working hours
Sometimes it becomes monotonous.
The worst place I’ve ever worked. Understaffed, there’s times you don’t get your lunch break. Once you get to work there’s no moving from your post so your eyes are constantly on the computer screen. I use to leave work with headaches.
Always fun to work with Infosys as workng for different customers across different domains are always challenging and competitive. All of the Infoscians are quick learners and flexible to pick up any technology, any domain and any job at any point of time.
Secure and competitive . Good learning opportunity
Salary is not negotiable
