Good Place to Work
Ingeus is a professional organisation which looks after hard working staff. Policies and procedures are followed to a T. Support is in place for anyone who wants to progress.

Avoid at all cost
Workplace Environment Around 20 colleagues have left the Manchester restart office since the start of the contract , averaging 1 per week. gossipy office culture , nothing's confidential really, no professionalism at all. Long standing staff fix targets with the EST team. so they personally achieve monthly targets and new staff are not given a fair chance at achieving job goals per monthMana...

A mixed bag
The overall ethos of the company is good- maybe it's how they run it in London, but the company has a bullying, immature, inconsistent management. There is a distinct lack of people of colour in senior roles in London and a lot of men in the most senior roles. The people who work on the ground are so lovely, kind and supportive but the job always feels unstable and there is no progression or CPD.

Avoid
Just not good in any way, mainly caused by disinterested inexperienced management, the team are nice but constantly criticised. No communication, lots of demands with no acknowledgement or reward, management did not seem to do very much. I would like to be more honest but would just say a very unpleasant experience. Very political and very keen to blame their failings on staff who are then fired, ...

Ridiculous place to work for
The place has some serious health and safety issues, management doesn't care about the wellbeing of the employees, despite 'wellbeing' being highly promoted within the company. Very gossipy, nothing's confidential really, no professionalism.Colleagues are lovely, the work is all right, but the whole place makes a very poor appearance.
