Good work life balance
Was able to choose my own hours while I worked there for six months. Good communication with my manager. Casual work for a recent graduate with data handling experience.

This company is ok if you can work under extreme pressure. No talking or socialising. You must be able to read maps extremely well. Mainly based on USA roads. The balance between different staff and workload is extremely unfair. They carry out observations on you without you knowing when this is happening and you must attain a certain level to pass probation.

Probably changed a lot since my time there
Indeed is forcing me to write this review before proceeding. I left in 2016 and the company has changed massively since my time so make your own minds up! Well paid, easy work if a touch boring on times. Nice offices. Slight problem with workplace bullying that they didn't really know how to handle. HR based in another city were great but the manager who took over the Birmingham office was out of his depth.
