Could of been an inspirational place to work
I Joined this company full of hope of an amazing new care home to work within. The idea of a specialist neurological centre within Worcester was very exciting and inspiring and I couldn't wait to start. Unfortunately My hopes were soon dashed. The poor toxic management was evident from the get go, with dictator like attitudes particularly from one individual who is in a management role, this leadi...

Horrible place to work
Inspire is really awful place to work! Management is arrogant and ignorant , there’s lack of permanent staff and they daily use agency to cover their shifts. One of my shifts Inspire have been left with only one RN until they find cover! If there’s a place I wouldn’t recommend to work that’s Inspire Worcester!

Difficult
Amazing core team of staff & lovely residents but management and lack of well-being support let it down massively. Residents are institutionalised & management unsupportive - only positive is the pay which is high for a care job, but also misleading. There is no facilitating of life skills in this role, it’s conveyer belt care.

The drug administering system is a joke with medicines regularly running out. Considering many patients there have epilepsy this was very dangerous. I only stayed a few months, the main reason I left was I feared for my PIN number!! If you choose to get a...

I would not reccomend this workplace
Inspire Neurocare is the most poorly managed organisation I have worked for. Staff have asked for extra training opportunities as it is advertised as a neurorehab facility but there is no speciality training for anyone new to neuro and no further training for those already experienced. The concept of the facility is great but there has been no thoughts from management beyond that. There is theref...
