In my whole carer, this has been by far the best place I have worked! Fantastic team, very enjoyable environment. Supportive line manager. Regular training and support.

Unhealthy working enviroment

Life Skills Support Worker (Current Employee) - Worcester - 22 March 2021

Poor management, workplace is conditioned in such negative ways it's unhealthy, unwelcoming overall awful enviroment to work mostly due to staff team's work ethics and behaviour.State of the are facilities overall but recruitment needs to be much improved as the workplace is not nice to work here.

Amazing staff at neurocare , management are approachable, friendly, and they really value your opinion . It is a new service i have only been here a few weeks but i love it. The moral is high and it brings excitement im looking forward to my future at inspire
