Not a great place to work
Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - Warrington - 1 February 2023
Training from the start not great. Long hours, no work life balance at all. Standard agency, management very sneaky. Staff turnover high so just be careful.

What people like

Not the best
Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - Warrington, Cheshire - 1 February 2023
I wouldn’t recommend working for this company, the atmosphere whilst working is not enjoyable, everything seems very tense and sneaky. There is also a massive turnover which raised alarm bells as they have a new set of employees each year. No conversation is private
Cons
Tense environment

Productive and fun workplace
Cleaner (part-time) (Former Employee) - united kingdom - 2 December 2022
It's only working for Recruitment on a part time basis as and when they need you to cover for when they need emergency cleaners for if work colleagues are off sick or on holidays best to check if you want this or not as a long term employment or not if you consider getting another job to tie you over school holidays as you don't get paid for them.
Pros
Only part time job
Cons
Temporary work

Integra people are good they give you shift often and Wednesday you get your payslip and Friday you money is already in your account, weekly pay is sure and not delay.

Hit or miss
Agency Worker (Former Employee) - Colwyn Bay - 28 March 2022
Someday you would get asked to go to a site drive all the way there and get turned away but other then that no complaints money was good most the time

Recruitment Staff were lovely, but promised you the world and could not give you it.
Teaching Assistant (Former Employee) - North West - 14 January 2022
The recruitment team were some of the most loveliest people I have ever met, they did go out of their way to find you work, but seemed to promise you more hour or more work and it never came through. This was a massive let down for them.
Pros
Flexible Hours
Cons
Not enough work. Traveling for a wide for work.

Their shifts are generally not too stressful but they don't have so much shifts so you may have to wait for long on them
Support Worker (Current Employee) - United Kingdom - 14 July 2021
Generally fair shifts but not regular. I dont know what is responsible for this or if it is an individual thing but Integral is a good place to work. Wages are paid on time and notice is given on time for shifts.
Pros
None
Cons
Long hours

Difficult to sign up to Agency
School Cleaner (Former Employee) - Rugby, Warwickshire - 8 October 2020
If you manage to jump through all the hoops to sign up to this company then I think they are an OK Agency to work for. You need to be very computer savvy as all the paperwork and job opportunities are done online or by smartphone. Agency fees are fair and if signed up to the outsourced company Azebra payroll, then things go far smoother, the wage slips are simple and easy to understand. There were a lot of small clerical errors on sign up which made the process of applying and signing up to the Agency very frustrating! Holiday pay is clearly shown on each wage slip and can be taken weekly or left to accrue. Uniform is not supplied, you need to adhere to the individual companies polices and procedures that you may be assigned to.
Pros
Can submit timesheets online and check
Cons
Sign up very frustrating!

great job
1:1 EBD Tutor (Current Employee) - Wolverhampton - 5 October 2020
enjoyed it. COVID stopped it then furloughed and made redundant without being told. Therefore management score is lower. They could have told me they were going to make me redundant on the phone or by letter, Instead I had to find out through the umbrella pay company. Management are responsible for this behaviour not the consultants.
Pros
flexible working
Cons
lack of management communication and respect

Last minute cancellations
Packaging Assistant (Former Employee) - Wrexham, Wrexham - 22 May 2019
Jobs are ok when available. Last minute cancellations are common at Integra. Holidays need to be chased through Email and sometimes holiday payments are less than requested, sometimes holiday payments are withheld and need to chased again or added/transferred to debts/credits not received.
Pros
Early morning wake up calls “no need for alarm clock.”
Cons
Last minute cancellations.

Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - Bangor, Gwynedd - 14 December 2018
Do your research - stay away
I cannot stress how poor this company treats its staff. The most toxic environment of my career.
Avoid and read up on their reviews (most 5* reviews are genuinely written by the directors)
You'll regret joining

poor commission structure
Senior Perms Consultant (Current Employee) - Warrington, Cheshire - 10 July 2017
Integra has many benefits for its staff company car etc but the commission structure is very strange compared with other agencies who pay commission monthly not after a rebate period is complete on each candidate hence the reason why I left. terrible commission structure

Productive and Focused work place
Recruitment Consultant (Current Employee) - Bangor - 6 October 2016
I have been working here at Integra for over 7 months now and can safely say I thoroughly enjoy my role. Having come from a retail background, recruitment was very alien to me. But everyone has made the transition very easy. Always made to feel like a valuable member of the team. Great place to work all round!
Pros
Great team of staff to work with
Cons
Sitting down all day

Productive and great workplace
Recruitment Consultant (Current Employee) - Bangor - 6 October 2016
I have recently started at Integra after moving up to the area. I have been made to feel very welcome and already feel like a valuable part of the time even though I have only been here for a short while.
The team and management is very supportive and are always on hand to help if I have any queries no matter how small or annoying they are! Also today at the vending machine two bags of crisps fell out and I'd only paid for one. Best job ever.
Pros
Extra crisps
Cons
Toilets are far from the office.

Integra People Bangor North Wales
Divisional Manager (Current Employee) - Bangor - 6 October 2016
I have worked for 2 national recruitment companies before I came to Integra as the Divisional Manager of Wales (North Mid and South). I have been a very happy employee for nearly 12 months now.
When I arrived the team (minus a few who still work for us) did not match the company culture, were massively underperforming and were un-motivated and had no drive, they seemed to be wanting to have a sales job that involved no sales which was extremely frustrating for us as a sales focussed business.
We had to change the whole atmosphere in the Branch with new staffing, retraining and focus, my team of Directors have been incredibly supportive and continue to support me and my team. We have grown the branch with the right team now, to the most successful in the business with a target turnover to be on target for 2016 at 3.5 million.
The team and myself along with strong supporting directors and admin fuctions have grown this and all of the staff working within the Wales teams are extremely happy to come to work and throughly enjoy working for the company.
Integra have some of the best core values I have worked with, along with tight compliance and fantastic working conditions.
My team and I cannot imagine being a part of any other firm.
Pros
Excellent Core Values / Good Working Conditions / Strong Support
Cons
None
