Integrated Solutions UK Employee Review
Based entirely on lies
Driver (Former Employee) - National - 13 April 2023
Just another agency that presents as professional, but really isn’t. Don’t get paid properly for what you’ve done, you’ll be worked to the bone as a thank you as well.
Pros
None
Cons
Dangerously long days

Worst agency I’ve ever come across. They lied about how much you’d get payed and the hours that I could do. Once I started they told me they couldn’t guarantee me the hours I originally signed up for and the pay rate was less than they said at the beginning! The only good thing was the cheap food at the canteen and the other drivers

Work Life Balance
Bus Driver (Current Employee) - London - 6 November 2023
Integrated Solutions totally flexible, short or long hours available where needed. No Problems getting paid. Integrated Solutions team available to provide support if needed.
Pros
Work when you want.
Cons
Can have weeks with no work, but not a problem with good financial planning.

I liked them!
Bus driver (Former Employee) - Somerset - 15 June 2023
This was my first experience of Agency work, and to be frank, I was very nervous at the start. Would I get paid? How would it work? I need not have worried, as the pay was always on time, and there were only a couple of minor discrepancies, which were so small that I couldn't be bothered following them up. They paid for a hotel the night before the assessment, and had a dedicated person looking after the contract. My issues were really only with the bus company who could not seem to give me the hours that I wanted. However, Integrated did promise a minimum of 50 hrs/week, which didn't happen, but I took the opportunity to get a bit of a life, and the big hourly rate allowed me to do this. Nearly £20/hour! (including holiday element). I always found communications with them very friendly and constructive, and as I have said, all the negative issues were with the company I drove for and not Integrated. I would recommend them.
