Great money, but the job was terrible customers where constantly shouting down the phone because they had gotten no help from anyone else on the phone. Very hard to get people to stay with company which decreases your bonus and when I started I had 3 days training and put straight onto the calls. System always broke down so was unable to receive bonus as I wasn’t able to take calls
Great working environment & room to progress
I’ve been working for intelling for around 10 months! I work in a fast paced campaign! I was never sales oriented in a job, first sales job I’ve ever had, I have no idea where these other reviews are coming from in regards to stress selling etc! I struggled and approached management and was offered numerous coaching opportunities to gain confidence! All management are approachable and easy to talk to! Just like any other contact centre you need to give advance notice for annual leave but if it is rejected they try their best to help you out! I work 10 hour shifts and love having 3 days off! Always over time if you want to make a bit of extra money but it is never forced on anyone! I am already on a progression plan! I have been given so much support within the business even from management above Team leaders! It can be a loud centre on busy days but that is only normal! Best job I’ve had in a while, hands down!

I joined Intelling at the start of 2021 as a temporary role and I am more than satisfied with the management and the overall work environment. It is a work from home role but the professionalism of the work is unmatched. There is a lot of financial rewards for doing well and reaching targets that are set. I have had nothing but great experiences and have had a lot of assurance and I feel very happy with my position in the company and I feel welcomed by the whole team and never feel left out with anything.

The only way to advance at this company is to brown nose, which leads to 90% of managers being shockingly bad at their jobs. That trend continues all the way to the top. This sheer level of incompetence means that things always go wrong and the call agents are always blamed for the failures of those above them. No accountability within this sham of a company.Overworked and underpaid. Management acts as if you should be grateful for this job, like they're doing you a favor. Didn't get a pay slip for 9 months despite asking everyday. HR is run by 1-3 people so good luck dealing with that. "Bonuses" as they call them, can be taken away if you miss a single day out of 3 months. Cannot describe how bad of a workplace this is. Avoid if at all possible.
Do not work here
Under no circumstances should you work here. It is full of people who only have jobs due to family members/close friends working there already. There is probably 2 half decent managers in the entire company and thats at a push the rest have 0 people skills and speak down to you all the time because they havent had anyone teach them how to manage people. You will be bullied and pushed out if you dont agreee with certain people.
