Great company and knows how to make you feel valued

The office is buzzing with activity! The consultants work hard to open doors for candidates and to find the best candidates to suit their clients vacancies. Constantly developing new innovative systems and training strategies to achieve the best results. Professional and supportive Management team, always available to listen and provide support. Healthy and happy culture within the branches, encouraging a strong team ethic and the very best service delivered to clients and candidates.

Got sent to a lovely retirement home

The office girls wee lovely and very helpful , very easy going and got sent to a lovely retirement home full of nice helpful people and residents ,

No explanation for dismissal.

Horrible communication. Was dismissed without any information , remember they only give you a temporary contract. Training was poor too for agency workers

Job could have been good but they give wrong information about the job. They deduct an hour for your break but tell you it’s 45min. They don’t pay holiday after telling you to take it. I would not trust them, keep away.

Really poor communication, prebookef holidays promised in the interview then they were never given. Really strict rules. don’t recommend at all. go elsewhere

Good place to work and a busy environment call center…handling of high call volume and salary is paid weekly which is fair. I love the job role..easy and straightforward

Poor pay for the work you do

They will screw you on pay or offer you an umbrella rate which takes huge deductions. Rates are nowhere near cost of living for the work you do. Go elsewhere.

Decent job

Was a okay job because it was work from home. Big issue was it was minimum pay so not the best. Had a lot of angry old people as customers on my campaign.

awful

toxic management , you are only as good as your last sale. realistic earnings for first year are nowhere near what they try to sell you in the interview. use young , impressionable people and sell them a dream saying it’s a way to get rich if you put the work in but realistically what they don’t tell you is you will only start to rake in those number minimum 5 years +

I never thought of getting a hob so easily until i was refered by a friend to interaction, and my request was immediately responded to and i got a job the following week, she was really considerate of the distance..

Excellent place to work

The people are lovely, everyone works really hard but its also a fun environment and everyone gets on really well. The hours sometimes can be long but it doesn't feel like it when you work with great people.

Good company

Interaction is a good company & will always help find work. But they are restricted on pay so minimum wage is the norm. But I found the staff at Interaction easy to get hold of.

none has been accepted to be honest and to have to wait until we get paid in advance for our next visit and we all have to wait until the next one in advance to ensure we are u on our way to work

Ongoing issues

My honest opinion - STAY WELL AWAY FROM INTERACTION RECRUITMENT.There was not a week that went by where they pay was correct. On 2 occasions they tried to charge me £25:00 for them to make a same day payment (on payday), because they forgot to process my time sheet.We weee supposed to have a visit once a week from someone, but in the 11 months I was on placement, I was lucky if I saw someone 4 times.No support, no help/advice, they couldn’t care a less about you.

They left me alone unless I needed there help which for me was good , good pay for the job I did, very easy time sheets , overall a good company to work for .

Bad communication

Terrible communication throughout onboarding period, no pay for bank hols or public holiday, didn’t communicate over job or anything, hardly spoke to them

terrible agency

Rude unhelpful judgemental staff who ignore emails and do very little to find you work.Avoid at all costs awful holiday pay and worse hourly rates.....
