Opportunities to grow

Working at the Intercontinental London The O2 and especially in Front Office has been wonderful from day one.

The management team has been a big support and also all my colleagues making sure I fit in the team.

When I moved here I had big expectations of developing certain skills and learn new things about the hospitality industry. All these expectations have been exceeded and I have been able to grow up in my department.

Certain days are very challenging but the team always sticks together and we never let down each other.

The best part of working here is that you spend every week 40 hours with colleagues that treat each other as family.
