To many team leaders, and management are all for themselves plus interforce promise you things they can't deliver. Also most staff are door supervisors and can't turn up for work on the weekend

Great pay, Interesting, Team work

This role can be demanding at times but it is a role to be proud of and the pay is rate is strong vs the rest of the security/ enforcement sector. The uniform provided looks great, is high quality and fit for purpose. The training provided is brilliant and there is a fantastic pay retention scheme so if not deployed you are still earning. I have read poor reviews on here but only from those who did not meet the standards or by those who have been dismissed and so I feel these posts are unfairly posted and do not reflect an honest review. Like any organisation there are areas of improvement but since my time in employment I can see these improvements being made and I am looking forward to the development opportunities within. Some great and experienced employees at Interforce who I really enjoy working with.

Pros

Great pay, high grade uniform, good HR support and senior management team, great training

Cons

can be long hours and mix of days and nights but I dont really mind either, breaks could be longer but these are usually only short when experiencing high service demand

Hey of a lot of back stabbers at this company Management no back bone to sack you in front of you they do it by phone not worth a toss working there

Don’t bother .after the course they will tell you what you want to hear then you get informed you been unsuccessful . Don’t waste time or energy

Don t waste your time or energy training good but you got no Guarantee you be offered a job . Don’t jump out the frying pan into the fire if you enjoy your job now . You go through training then to be told you been unsuccessful take the pass certificate and run I don’t recommend company the inform you at the end of hard training you get a email they not taking it further after spending 4 days on a hard course Disgraceful

Be aware when attending a training course . The border force trainers are supportive and excellent in their knowledge . But you not Guaranteed a job

At the end of the course they will tell you about a app . salary .give you shifts and boom a email to state your unsuccessful all A about face. Not good practice

It is a good company

I am enjoying my work with interforce. I get all type off work experience. Worked for some time as retail security. Now doing nights some time at reception and some times only security at site.
