Horrible
Multi drop delivery driver (Former Employee) - Newport, Isle of Wight - 18 October 2019
Wouldnt recommend to anyone, management were awful, didnt care about you just about how many parcels you can deliver. I asked for one day off to complete a career progressing course and they said no. so i left. gave them enough notice too.
Also the money was awful on the island and they used that to thier advantage. The mainland money was alot more and did alot less work so work that out.

Parcel Sorter/Unloader (Former Employee) - Aldridge - 17 June 2019
No training was provided and communication was very limited. Warehouse operative staff were hard working and friendly. The hardest part of the job was lack of space, it was hard not to trip over the sorted parcels.
Pros
made good friends
Cons
split shifts

Not good Company
Driver (Former Employee) - Mold, Flintshire - 10 June 2019
Generally working for a multi drop courier company you were under pressure to deliver your total parcel deliveries for that day with constant phone calls from the office chasing delivery eta's. An environment that promotes back driving practises, poor customer service and gives no concern to quality of life outside of work.
Pros
None
Cons
Long hours

The staff were great and the second manager I had was amazing.
Loader/Unloader (Former Employee) - Mold - 24 October 2018
It was a very mind numbing place with no proper direction. If you worked too fast they would have to stop the production line continuously which in turn slows down the overall pattern of things as everybody ends up playing catch up. If you slowed down to keep a normal pace the people just higher up would complain. Staff and managers didn't take good care of the packages and overall was really unprofessional. The people were great however and the managers treated me with some respect.
Pros
cigarette breaks, free coffee.
Cons
split shifts, not safe, tedious work.

long hours
Multidrop Driver (Former Employee) - Pitsea, Essex - 27 September 2018
Hours are far too long you do not get the chances to have a proper break. company does not care about the social life of its employers and only cares about delivering parcels no matter what

Excellent
Collection & Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire - 8 September 2018
You are given chances to develop and earn more money based on your own merits, I wasn't the quickest at work but I felt the arrangements of pay was fair and it kept a relaxed work environement where people didn't mind the extra work, but it could also cause problems in other areas of the job where the comission didn't apply. Overall I thought it was a great place to work and the job was rewarding and the staff looked after you.
