bad company,......your not given much support when doing live in care...can have problems getting paid right amount and mess you about with pay for your mileage

since interserve took over Advantage there has not been enough work offered on a regular basis,Every week £1.75 is taken from wages as a "administration" charge.
Cons
mileage allowance is very low.
