Great
Engineers are first class, Nice friendly place to work with plenty of overtime and training provide, especially for confined space and heath & safety.

Stay away
Stay away from this place if you value your mental health. The office people are toxic and the management is horrible. Phony managers. All employees were miserable.

Bad management with poor communication
Oh my god, so many cons to working for this company it's hard to know where to start, firstly the management make you travel miles & miles when there's other engineers much closer but in reality (despite being very nice) many of them simply aren't up to the task, supervisor included. The management at all levels is poor.
Coordinator in Sunbury, Surrey

Toxic Work Environment
Worked with the company for over a year and it got progressively worse. Toxic atmosphere in the office making it an uncomfortable place to work. Managment is poor and do not focus on the wellbeing of their staff, overloading them with work and never showing any form of appreciation for the work that is done. No progression available in the job and the pay is poor. The overall office enviroment is draining and the strained relationships between staff and management makes it very difficult to be an enjoyable place to work. No structure or support is offered for the operational department, just constant unchachievable demands. Would not reccomend this company to work for.
