Fun and friendly workplace
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) - Kingswinford - 29 March 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedAll the people working there are friend and helpful. Just some of the line leaders are a bit unfair when it comes to giving you certain types of jobs on the worksite.

Packer (Former Employee) - Netherlee, Stamperland and Williamwood, East Renfrewshire - 6 December 2023
ChatGPT ChatGPT XYZ Company is an innovative and dynamic workplace that fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment. The team is comprised of talented individuals who are passionate about their work and dedicated to achieving excellence. The company's commitment to professional development is evident through regular training opportunities and mentorship programs. The leadership team is approachable and values open communication, creating a positive culture where ideas are heard and acknowledged. The work-life balance is well-maintained, and employee well-being is a priority. However, there could be improvements in the clarity of communication regarding company goals and expectations. Overall, XYZ Company offers a rewarding experience for employees seeking a challenging yet supportive workplace.

What is the best part of working at the company? Nothing, the worst place I've ever worked. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? pressure from the manager who says that if you don't like it, you can leave, lack of respect for the employee and his health. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Lack, no, there is no respect or culture. What is a typical day like for you at the company? I don't work there anymore because I have destroyed my mental and physical health.

Mediocre
Factory Worker (Former Employee) - York - 24 August 2022
work is easy, the hours are easy, the people are mostly easy. It’s quite fast but is picked up relatively with ease. It can get quite boring sometimes.

PA to Group Executive Director (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 28 April 2022
This is my first job after I finished my degree and one of the best companies I worked for. Colleagues were fun to work with and yet very professional when dealing with clients and candidates.

Great team culture
Personal Assistant (Former Employee) - London - 15 September 2016
This is the first job I did after I left the university. There was a strong team culture in the office and people who got on with each other would stay long time there before the next career move. Being a support staff, salary wasn't great, but I really enjoyed working there. I was given a lot of responsibilities and I felt my hard work was appreciated.
Pros
flat structure, great team culture
Cons
for admin/support staff, there wasn't much career advancement

A really nice atmosphere
Recruitment Consultant (Current Employee) - London - 1 July 2016
Unlike other recruitment companies IPS Group is really focussed on helping clients. As I was told in my first interview "it is recruitment for grown ups". Everyone is dedicated to creating an atmosphere within the company that encourages people to do their best without being KPI driven.
