Answered 1 July 2020When it was Quintiles it was a great place to work but that was really down to the people you worked with. Supervisors didn’t really supervise they just sat around on there laptops doing god knows what. Then it took a very dark turn pay offs, bully , gmp certainly wasn’t a priority , anything to get it done quick and on to the next process. The good guys all kinda left as they had none respect for there position as they were treated disgracefully and disgusting. Now my relative works there they are seemingly got a back log off 3/4 months, samples going missing, qc isn’t the standard it once was . So if your looking for a guild or career in pharmaceutical industry yeah you’ll have a fair idea what not to do .
