Uncertainty and feeling of being targeted all the time. Camera’s and etc.
Team work difficult when working with staff with different experience. A carer and support worker. The later being more focused on enabling self independence. Carer doing everything for clients.

Would not recommend
Poor work life balance, clients run the business not management, are treated like rubbish if you speak up, clients find out your personal business from management, IE why you rang in sick etc Avoid this company at all costs

Not a bad place to work
While the job itself isn't bad the staff there are constantly arguing. Not a good place to be if you want a good environment to work in because of this constant arguing.
