Premises Manager in Islington, Greater London
on 1 May 2022
Great organisation but poor management
Islington have an excellent policy in place for fairness and dignity for all but management do not adhere to them unless it suits their agenda. They lack compassion, empathy and understanding to treat all with respect and management seem to lack the duty of care towards members of staff.

Friendly and innovative work culture
Incredibly friendly environment with passionate and supportive colleagues and management. The council is forward-looking and embraces innovative approaches to problems, creating great opportunities to make your mark. Opportunities for development and progression seem to come up regularly and various schemes and management support are in place to get you thinking about your next step up.

Place run by monkeys who used to be road sweepers on a power trip
An unpleasant place to work.management will sack you when they are rude to you without identifying themselves.so you basically have to be wary of anyone in a pair of trousers
