Not a company I would recommend if you are different with a learning disability then they will not support you instead managment will turn against you.

Poor management with bad work culture.

Very poorly managed with favoritism rife. Am not a disgrunted employee but feel this company has potential but has not got a compitent manager. They go through staff at a rate they can't replace for the above reasons. I would not recommend working here.

Middle management are the worst

Enjoying working for ISS but the middle management ie Facility Manages have no idea just targets and themselves to think about. The people in wages and head office are great and the line supervisor seems ok. It’s just the FMs are numbers numbers numbers. Any problems with wages uniforms etc come from this level but blame everyone else. Trust me I’ve worked for ISS 12 years

Think carefully

Big turnover of staff..as most last a day or 2!!Work has to be suitable as in if your not a grafter or can't handle stinking smelly rubbish and gardens you won't last. Most of the guys are sound. Management need a lot of work on there employee engagement training.Too much work not enough staff.
