Working from Monday to Friday. They are flexible if you have a private appointment for doctor.Downside is there is no opportunity to grow. No support from the manager.

Same role

Not a company that I would recommend

My work experience was very good due to having a supportive colleague, but management was poor. From a company perspective the support was extremely poor- lots of focus on online learning to fulfil training objectives set down in contract but no focus on personal development, i.e. qualifications that I could take with me. There have been several small projects of general benefit thrown my way which (for example cooperation with the Fire Service) have been stalled by management; the reason being that our site was to be closed imminently. Understandably they could not disclose that, but rather than simply advise that this was not needed, these were left open for me to chase with no result- frustrating. When made redundant the company there were fundamental mistakes on pay- I was advised of a pay rate rise which was paid to me then taken away, just a deduction from my final pay with no explanation. They also processed me as leaving a week before my redundancy date, so I had to pursue this which took 7 weeks to resolve. Administratively inept would be my most positive description.

No proper job description, and having to chase for over a year to get a contract in place.
