Not the best to work for.promise a lot at the start but deliver very little .staff turnover an issue. Lack of opportunities to progress your career.Traini g courses very hard to get on .

I have worked for ISS since 2008 from part time admin to the level of Assistant Manager this was all through good training offered to me.
Given the opportunity l would like work for ISS again

But remember it's a facilities company so can be changed when contract is ended What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Staff turnover seemed to be 1 in 1 out What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It depends on the job you're doing and the environment your working in. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Busy,stressful as we had nobextra staff to cover absence. But job had to be done ar client would complain
