Long hours and stressful

Very long hours no flexibility sitting down most of the time day after day. Some of the people who work there are very stressed due to the hours so can get a little bit toxic sometimes.

Worked for ISS for 5 years and overall it was a positive experience. Good management but the work/life balance could be better at times. Pay isn't terrible but only because you're putting in the hours.

Good Experience
Security officer (Current Employee) - Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear - 16 January 2022
ISS is a global company, being working as a security officer I have gained a lot of experiences.Overall Its a good company to work for, but some complain about their salary/wage which in my eyes pretty decent wage.Plenty of overtime available the management and the admins are spot on and you can hardly be ignored.
