Enjoyable
Have been with italk for a little while now. It's competitive which is great for any sales driven individuals. Due to covid 19 I have only worked from home, I feel like I'm part of the team and it's fairly well managed. I've certainly been welcomed in my time so far.

Abysmal working environment
This companies broadband services are very poor, it treats its customers really badly and it’s staff even worse. Just a money making machine. Policies and company procedures stitch the customer up, then the customer gets charged high fees and agents get abuse from the customer….vicious circle….vicious company.Staff are leaving every month, most managers and Senior Agents are abrupt with you and don’t listen to staff issues or concerns, so glad I’ve left to work for a much better company in all aspects.

Friendly and easy going place to work
A great company to learn new skills and further develop existing ones. Good for progression if you're willing to put the work in. Adapted well with home working and office to staff needs.

Plenty of Oppertunities and Fantastic People
Working at italk is something I have done for over 2 years now, and yet I still enjoy it just as much as I did when I first started. I have been kept motivated due to so many brillaint incetives and bonuses, as well as the life long friends I have made along the way. I have developed myself as a person and matured so much. The guidance and support I have recieved throughout my time here.has been amazing, and I have progressed multuple times since I started back in 2019. The transition from office to home working was smooth, and we were given so much support throughout this change. Working for a smaller company has made me feel clsoer to the poeple I work with, as well as our customers. It really does feel like a family woking for italk and I can honestly say I have never enjoyed a job as much as I enjoy this one.

Poor management
Management get treated dreadfully, no pay rise, no bonuses, no support. I left here because managers don’t get any respect or support from upper management. Worked there for over 3 years, no pay rise, no yearly bonus, nothing. Not even a thank you at the end of the week. Wasted 3 years of my life.
